She soon saw a need for a yoga and the ayurvedic approach to wellness for families in her community and dedicated the next few years to obtaining her yoga certification (200 hr yoga Alliance certified, 80 hours of Ayurveda in Costa Rica) and opening the first ever Hot yoga and health bar in her home town of St-Lazare.
And now bringing her classes to various locations around montreal with yoga pop up and workshops. Her classes are all about going with everyone’s mood and dosha’s.art of her life, but answered her calling, further developing her love and passion for the practice.
